Poison Ivy

You would think that somewhere in my 37 years on Earth that I would have learned what poison ivy looks like. I might not be able to spot it growing, but I sure can feel the effects on my body. I am allergic to the darn stuff and covered head to toe with the junk. I cleaned my flower beds this past weekend and woke up Monday itching all over. I volunteered to go get a shot by 10:00 a.m. thinking I'd catch it quick. WRONG.... it keeps spreading and itching and spreading and itching. (you get the drift).

Tomorrow - another doc visit is planned. I can't start my summer off like this!

Maybe you fortunate that it's fairly cool and not too hot. Try not to scratch!

David had it last spring (2008). It was awful. I hope we don't ever get it again. I'll pray for you. Is school out at least?
